LISD Offering "Becoming a Love & Logic Parent" Class in October

Mary Ann Kluga, RN, MPS, LCDC, Leander ISD’s chemical abuse prevention program (CAPP) coordinator, is facilitating the very popular “Becoming a Love and Logic Parent®” course during this spring. The seven-week course is appropriate for parents of a child of any age.
Classes are held from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 6:00 - 8:00 PM with makeup classes one hour prior to the next class (9:00 AM or 5:00 PM). You may attend either class time to accommodate your schedule. Note: For the initial class, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for the check-in process.

Cost for the entire series: $35/individual; $55/couple if sharing materials. If you have taken the Becoming a Love and Logic Parent® course previously at LISD, the revised workbook is available for $10. Payment can be made at the first session by check or money order payable to LISD. Please include your driver's license and phone numbers on the check/money order. Scholarships are available.

The series is appropriate for parents with any age(s) of children and for parents inside or outside of Leander ISD.
